All charters are subject to a separate written charter agreement (typically MYBA or equivalent). The terms of that agreement govern the charter relationship.
Gusok acts as an intermediary. We are not the owner or operator of the yachts. Liability for the vessel and voyage rests with the owner and captain under the charter contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction stated in your charter agreement.
